There are thousands of affiliate marketers at Affiliate Summit conferences, and over the three days, it would be impossible to meet everybody. But, are there too many attendees at Affiliate Summit?
I’ve always figured the more, the merrier when it comes to networking at Affiliate Summit, but as I was reading comments from Affiliate Summit attendees, I got to wondering whether there are so many opportunities at Affiliate Summit to do business that it’s too overwhelming?
Here is a comment we received from Stuart Butler, Rainmaker/Cofounder at SmarterChaos.com…
“I enjoyed the show. From our standpoint the Networking was great. The only negatives could also be positives depending on the lens you look through. Very crowded and loud in and out of the exhibit area. Like I said, depends on the lens.”
I did enjoy the intimacy of our recent, smaller conference in Austin, as I was able to spend more time with people.
Affiliate Summit East 2012 will be a way more hectic, big, fast, crowded atmosphere.
While we can’t do much to alleviate the crowds and the business discussions at this point, I’d urge attendees to check out my First Timers Guide to Affiliate Summit East 2012, even if you’re not a first timer.
It’s a primer to help you prepare to make the most of the conference.
