Jason Hayden currently holds the self-made position of Internet Brand and Domain Name Manager for Greenberg Traurig, LLP (www.gtlaw.com) in Las Vegas, Nevada. His primary focus is bridging the gap between common knowledge and complex technology/Internet issues so that clients can make the most informed decisions. Client support includes recovery of domain names through dispute actions, secondary market domain name purchases, complex technology litigation support, and planning defensive gTLD and ccTLD portfolio registrations to support Trademark and Business Unit presence on the Internet and in local retail markets.
