Affiliate Summit 2008 East is taking place in Boston on August 10-12, 2008.
Presenting at Affiliate Summit is a worthwhile experience, providing a person the opportunity to share their knowledge and experiences with others and giving them and their company industry recognition.
A complimentary full-conference registration is provided to speakers as well. Travel and hotel are not included.
The submission deadline is April 10, 2008. Any submissions after this date will not be considered.
Accepted speakers will be notified no later than April 25, 2008. Due to the volume of submissions, we will not notify applicants if they have not been accepted.
Therefore, if you have not been contacted by April 25, 2008, your proposal was not accepted.
Note: Affiliates and merchants will receive preference over agencies for speaking roles. Also, there is a limit of one person per company on the speaker roster. No exceptions.

We also got into whether it’s practical to work entirely in the cloud (that means not using local applications for the 99.6% of people that are grounded).
And there was talk of getting in a work mode when working from home. It started with Lisa saying she wears shoes at home to get into the zone.
Jim chimed in that he’s one of those guys that takes his shoes off on planes (note to self - never fly with Jim). Then, somehow, we ended up discussing whether Jim is into the pregnant man.
The twelfth episode of the GeekCast Show also gets into the new eBay affiliate program, bottom of the barrel bloggers, YouTube’s partner program, and nerd fights.
