Rey Pasinli

Rey Pasinli is one of the merchant service industry’s foremost experts on internet fraud and security. With nearly twelve years of industry experience, he has successfully managed over 7,000 internet campaigns. As Executive Director of Total Apps Inc., Mr. Pasinli is responsible for identifying and developing emerging fraud scrubbing technologies to improve the security of each client’s processing. Mr. Pasinli currently collaborates with former government officials, the top executives at multiple processors along with prominent internet marketing organizations, to establish underwriting protocols, fraud detection and prevention programs along with implementation of today’s most robust fraud scrubbing technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Fullerton and a MBA from Pepperdine University.
