Sarah Cabello has been an Associate Attorney with Wong, Cabello, Lutsch, Rutherford & Brucculeri, LLP from October 2007 to the present. Her practice primarily consists of patent and copyright litigation, as well as trademark and copyright prosecution. In addition to being admitted to practice in Texas since April 2006, she is also admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal Courts in the Southern District of Texas and the Eastern District of Texas. She is a member of the Houston Intellectual Property Law Association (HIPLA). Miss Cabello is also a member of the Houston Bar Association (HBA) and actively serves on the HBA’s Houston Alumni and Youth (HAY) Center committee and prom sub-committee. Miss Cabello is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University. In addition to her law practice, she is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson, primarily engaged in residential transactions.
