Vegas, Baby! Competition rules
How to Enter. During the Vegas, Baby Competition, send a Tweet about what you’re seeing or doing during Affiliate Summit East 2012 using the hashtag #ASE12 between August 10, 2012 and August 15, 2012 (the Competition Period) and each Tweet will be a chance to win. You may enter as many times as you wish during the competition period.
If you wish to participate in the competition without participating in the tweet process, provide your name, birth date, address, city, state, zip code and email address to Affiliate Summit, 522 S. Hunt Club Blvd. #411, Apopka, FL 32703. Sponsor not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or damaged entries. Limit one (1) entry per person.
Selection of Winners. Three (3) Winners will be selected at random and will be announced via Twitter during the week of August 19, 2012 from all eligible entries received during the competition period. Winners will be randomly selected by Sponsor representative, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email.
Prizes: One (1) of three (3) prizes: an All Access Pass* to Affiliate Summit West 2013 taking place at Caesars Palace Las Vegas on January 13-15, 2013 (Retail Value: $1,879 per prize).
Prizes are nontransferable, nonassignable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Limit one (1) prize per household.
Prize Eligibility: Only persons residing in United States who are at least 21 years of age can enter.
Claiming Prize. The Prize winners will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within fifteen (15) days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting prize, each winner consents to the use of her name and likeness by Sponsor in advertising, promotional materials and on Sponsor’s web site without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
General. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. By accepting prize, winners release Affiliate Summit, Inc., and their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, prize suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this program, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. By entering, each entrant consents to the use of her name, address and email address, if any, by Affiliate Summit for advertising, trade or any lawful purpose without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
