Conducted with PwC, the IAB UK has released its annual digital advertising spend survey, which found UK ad spend grew by 15.4% year-on-year in 2019, reaching £15.7 billion.The latest survey found that spend in affiliate marketing grew 8.4% year-on-year to £510 million in 2019 — up from 6% reported from 2017-18.
The results come amid turmoil in the advertising industry that could wipe more than £4 billion from the total for 2020, according to the latest Advertising Association/WARC Expenditure Report.
