With over two years of experience in the E-Commerce industry, Shanice Yang heads affiliate and adnetwork at Lazada Singapore. She is responsible for overall strategy and development towards the affiliate and adnetwork channels.
Through Shanice’s time at Lazada, her team has scaled the affiliate channel by 10x and has increased the share of adnetworks. Shanice’s experience spans globally as she engages partners across markets in Europe, The United States, South East Asia and more. She also derives insight from Lazada’s regional affiliate network.
As part of the wider online marketing team, Shanice finds passion in her role as she drives her channel forward through collaborating with marketing, commercial and extended partner teams.
In recognition of her achievement and contribution, she has been awarded the “Lazadian of the Month” twice, in November 2016 and January 2018.
Shanice holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of London.
She is a strong believer in giving back to the society, and has also been conferred the Singapore Children’s Society Silver Service Award 2017.
