  • Payment to be made directly to the designated charity.
  • Affiliate Summit reserves the right to remove this sponsorship 30-days prior to the conference if unsold and place it up for auction.

Signage Sponsorship – $5,000 This sponsorship is sold out!

Signage Sponsorship includes the following:

  • Your company logo will appear on all standalone signs used throughout the conference.
  • Your company logo on the AffiliateSummit.com website

Meeting Space – $3,000

  • Your company logo on the AffiliateSummit.com website.

Company will be allowed to display signage in front of their Event/Meeting space during the Conference. Event space, food and beverage as well as tel-com/internet, etc. are additional and must be contracted directly through the Hilton New York. Rate is per room.

Event Promotion – $2,000

Event promotion includes the following:

  • Your company name, logo, event date, time and location information (100 words or less) will be placed on the Web site and physical agenda.
  • Events cannot include speakers or give the impression of being educational sessions as part of the agenda and cannot coincide with any officially scheduled event.
