All About Affiliate Passes

  • How Do I Apply For An Affiliate Pass?

    Our team will open the ASW 26 Affiliate Pass Application in early September and close the application once 1,000 Affiliate Passes have been granted - there is no extension this year, so be sure you apply early! 

    Once you've applied, please allow our team 5 business days to review your application - if you're approved, you'll receive your pass confirmation and if not, you'll receive an email from our team with further information on your rejection.

  • How Can I Qualify For An Affiliate Pass?

    Once the ASW Affiliate Pass application opens, you'll need to submit proof that you are an Affiliate and that your business owns and operates sites that run purely on an Affiliate-first model, and that you are actively earning commission through those sites. Please note that our qualification criteria have changed over the last few years, so even being approved previously won't necessarily mean approval going forward.

    If you represent an Affiliate Network, Affiliate Subnetwork, Affiliate Platform, Affiliate/Performance Marketing Agency, eCommerce Store, are a Retailer or an Advertiser you will not qualify for an Affiliate Pass, even if you have been granted one for prior events - these passes are for the folks who want to meet YOU!

Official App

  • How Do I Access The App?

    The official ASW app is set to launch 4 weeks ahead of the show - you'll get an email with access information as soon as it's live!

  • My Information On The App Is Incorrect - How Can I Fix It?

    You can only update your bio and social links through the app! In order to update information submitted during your registration, please refer to your confirmation email. Towards the bottom, you'll see a 'Manage Registration Details' link just under your ticket, please click this and it'll allow you to update as many fields from your registration as you need.

  • How Can I Export My Meetings, Schedule, And Bookmarks?

    In the event, select My Event. Once there, go to My Schedule or My Meetings.

    On the web app:

    • Export meetings, schedule, networking, and bookmarks as a PDF via Download PDF.
    • Or click Export to my calendar to download an ICS file with your event data.

    On the mobile app:

    • Tap the Download icon (top-right). Choose Export to my calendar (ICS) or Download PDF
    • The download button is available in all sections of your My Event tab (My Schedule, My Meetings, My Networking, and My Bookmarks).
    • Importing the ICS file to your own calendar
    • Once you have exported your event data using the steps above, you will need to decide which calendar you want to import your calendar into. Here you can find instructions for three of the most used calendars:

    Importing the ICS file

    • Google Calendar: Settings → Add calendar → Import & export → select ICS → Import.
    • Mac: Save ICS → double-click → choose target Calendar.
    • Outlook: File → Open & export → Import/Export → Import an iCalendar → select file → OK → Import.
  • How Can I Export My App Connections?

    You can export your contacts via Mac/PC or via Android (unfortunately, iOS does not allow for this export, so be sure to use the web version of the app when it’s time to export your contacts!). Please note that for Sponsors and Exhibitors, you'll need to reference your Lead Retrieval document to export your leads.

    WebApp (desktop):

    • Click your name (top-right) → My Contacts.
    • Click Download under Export my contacts to get an Excel file.

    Android:

    • In My Contacts, tap ⋮ (top-right) → Export all contacts.

  • Do You Offer A One-Day Pass?

    We do not. There are so many great things happening at ASW that we don’t want you to miss a minute of it. With that in mind, we only offer passes for all three days of the event.

  • How Do I Upgrade My Pass To VIP?

    We don’t blame you for wanting to get the MOST out of ASW! To upgrade to VIP:

  • I’m Bringing A Colleague—Can I Get A Placeholder Ticket?

    You can register a placeholder name, but each registration needs a unique email and must be assigned at least one week prior to the event to ensure badge pickup.

  • How Old Do I Need To Be To Attend?

    Attendees must be at least 18 and present a valid ID to attend the event.

  • I have a group of people I want to go to the show with, can I get any discounts?

    The short answer is yes! We know everything is more fun with a group, and ASW is no exception. We have group discounts starting at parties of 10 people or more.   • I Found A Typo In My Registration—What Should I Do?

    Making an adjustment before the show starts? No problem! You can update your registration information via a link to “Manage Registration Details” in your confirmation email (just below your ticket).

  • Can I Transfer My Pass to someone else?

    We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you just need to go deal with it. Should something pull you away from us, we are more than happy to transfer your registration to a colleague. Please note, however, that once your badge has been printed at the event, we cannot transfer it to someone else.

  • I Can’t Find My Confirmation Email! What should I do?

    We know there’s nothing worse than leaving your ticket at home, but we’ve got you covered! Should you lose track of your confirmation email, we can always look you up in the system on our end when you arrive at registration check-in. You can also let us know by sending us an email and we can resend it to you.

    Will Recordings Be Available?

    Yes, of course! For ASW 26, they are available for purchase when purchasing your tickets. Tip: Make sure to select the ticket type and quantity so the Recordings Add-on option will appear at the bottom AND if you're purchasing a VIP ticket, these are included already!


    Please note that all Recordings will be available approximately four weeks after the event begins.

  • I Am From Another Country. How Do I Get A Visa For The Show?

    While we can’t help you through the whole process, we can provide you with a Visa invitation letter for you to attach to your application. Once you've purchased your pass for ASW, please email This email address is being protected from spambots.   • What If My Visa Gets Denied?

    If your visa is denied, please submit written, dated evidence of the denial within 7 days of your rejection before December 12, 2025 and we will be happy to provide a full refund! If you are unable to provide the needed documentation by the deadline, you will be given to either transfer your pass to a future Affiliate Summit event or transfer to a colleague.

  • I Can't Make The Show, Can I Get A Refund?

    Once your pass has been confirmed for ASW, your purchase is non-refundable. We can, however, transfer your pass to a colleague or to a future show!

  • What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

    We only accept the following credit card payments for attendee tickets: Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Discover. We are unable to accept payments via wire transfer or direct bank deposit.

  • Where Do I Get My Receipt?

    You will receive a confirmation email when you register for the show. That should have everything you need when your accounting department comes around with all those pesky questions.   • I Have Just Completed My Registration. How Do I Get My Invoice?

    While issuing invoices isn't standard, should you need one for your purchase, we are happy to generate one for you! Just email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your company name and billing address, and any required financial bits (VAT, Company ID, etc) to receive a formal invoice for your purchase.

Onsite Badge Collection

  • How Do I Get My Badge For The Show?

    You can collect your badge at our registration desk at Caesars Forum. In order to claim it, please bring your confirmation email along with a valid ID. Located in the foyer just outside of the Forum Ballroom.

    We’ve made it easier than ever as this is also the main entrance and rideshare drop-off for Caesars Forum. Alternatively, if you are coming from Harrah's/LINQ hotels, it is underneath the escalators to/from Harrah's/LINQ hotels and the Monorail.

  • Can I Still Purchase A Pass On The Day Of The Event?

    You sure can! Head over to the registration desk and the Customer Success team will arrange a pass for you. Please note, this will be at a higher rate than if you purchased a ticket before the event.

  • Where Should I Stay?

    We advise you stay as close to the action as possible so you can be the first in the room when the networking starts! We offer an exclusive discounted rate for all ASW attendees at our partner hotels - to book, you can do so here now through December 19, 2025.

  • Where Can I Get Some Food?

    If you're VIP, you'll have refreshments and beverages each day in our VIP Lounge.

    Still hungry? Hop on down to the LINQ Promenade where there's over 20 restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the venue!

Onsite

  • Is There A Place To Store My Bags?

    We do not have a coat or luggage room on-site! If you are staying in one of our partner hotels, we highly recommend that you take advantage of any of the luggage storage facilities/services they have available!

  • I Lost My Badge On-Site, Can I Get A Replacement?

    We hate when we have to be tough, but this rule is very important to us. Should you misplace or forget your badge, we cannot reprint it for you. We don’t want anyone walking around the show pretending to be you! So once you have your badge, keep a close eye on it!

  • What Should I Wear?

    You should wear what makes you comfortable! Want to show off your new bow tie and a cowboy hat? Go for it! Want to aim for the more business casual fare? We like that too! If we had any advice to pass on, we would recommend that you include some comfy shoes in your suitcase. Networking means spending a lot of time on your feet, so be sure to bring something easy to walk in while you count those steps!

  • I Lost Something At The Show—Is There A Lost And Found?

    Ask a staff member at registration or at the info desk - if anything turns up lost, we are happy to hold it for you. After the show ends, all lost and found items will be turned in to the Caesars Forum team!

  • Does Caesar's Forum Have Disability Access?

    Yes! Caesars Forum is ADA-compliant. In accordance with the ADA, Caesars Forum offers permanent premises access accommodations, including wheelchair lifts, elevator standards, door width standards, and accessible restrooms.

  • I Got An Email From Someone Saying They Have An Attendee List. Is That Legit?

    Your privacy is very important to us, so we will never disclose our attendee list to anyone outside the event. The only way to see who is at the show is through the Official ASW app!
